We specialize in automotive window tinting.   Our entry-level option is the SolarFX Carbon FX Line, which is a great choice if you’re primarily looking for privacy and basic heat reduction. 

We carry two ceramic lines for advanced heat rejection:

• FXTreme2 – blocks 76% of infrared heat, keeping your vehicle or home cooler.
   
• FXPlus – our premium line, blocking 96% of infrared heat for maximum comfort and protection.

The CarbonFX Series is a “True” Color-Stable film with a rich, black tone. CarbonFX utilizes the most advanced Dyes on the market. The Deep-Dyed, 2-ply, 1.5Mil polyester film adds in multiple stages of UV Inhibitors during the manufacturing process to insure your film maintains its rich color as the day it is installed while blocking 99% of UVA and UVB rays. This is the film of all Dyed films and carries our Premium lifetime warranty against excessive color change.

The FXtreme2 Nano-Ceramic series uses a proprietary, non-metalized, ceramic material that is specifically designed to reject heat, up to 88% of IR and block 99% of the harmful UVA and UVB rays. This cutting edge technology is built into the 2-ply, 2.0Mil Color-Stable polyester. This automotive window film excels at keeping vehicles cooler, reducing the damaging effects of the sun on the interior, and will not interfere with today’s electronics. FXtreme2 carries our Premium lifetime warranty against excessive color change.

FX PLUS Series - The Ultimate Nano-Ceramic Window Film for Maximum Heat Rejection and Performance! This Series is designed to be the Ultimate window film for High IR Rejection (up to 96%) and Total Solar Energy Rejection (TSER). Not only does it provide Maximum Heat Rejection, blocks 99% of harmful UVA/UVB Rays and keeps vehicles cooler, it also reduces the damaging effects of the sun on interiors.

Yes! We also offer flat glass window tinting for residential and commercial properties. For a quick estimate, visit our Commercial/Residential tab and enter your measurements — we’ll provide a ballpark quote based on your details.

Once approved, we’ll schedule a time to visit your property to take final measurements, install film samples, and review all your options. We encourage you to keep the samples up for a few days so you can see how each shade looks and performs throughout the day — morning, noon, and night. After you’ve chosen the perfect film, we’ll get you scheduled for installation.

 Easy -  The Difference Is in the Details. Not all window film is created equal. While there are cheaper options on the market, we don’t believe in offering lower-quality films just to cut costs. Many low-cost Korean films only last 1–3 years before turning purple, bubbling, fading, or peeling. Some manufacturers even limit their warranties to films installed at legal tint levels — meaning if you go darker, you’re left without protection.

And our finishing touch? We’re known for our incredibly tight edges on roll-down windows — no gaps here!

After your appointment, please avoid rolling your windows down for 3 days. Don’t worry — we place reminder stickers over your window switches so you won’t forget!

You should also avoid cleaning or wiping the inside of your windows for 3 days. When it’s time to clean, always use a product that clearly says “Ammonia-Free” or “Safe for Window Tint” on the label.
Never use Windex — over time, it can cause your tint to delaminate (peel or bubble).

It’s normal to notice a slight haze or small water pockets during the first week. This is just the moisture between the film and the glass evaporating. Your tint will continue to cure and look better each day — full cure time is up to 30 days depending on weather and humidity.

CarbonFX we carry 35%, 20% 15% and 5% 

FXtreme2 we carry 70%, 50%, 35% 20% 13% and 5%

FXPlus we carry 50%, 35%, 20%, 15% and 5% 

We also carry Luxe Light Wrap in Light, Mid and Dark Smoke Shades. 

Tinting times can vary depending on your vehicle and the condition of your existing film:

• Driver and passenger windows: typically take 45 minutes to an hour.
   
• Full vehicle tint: usually takes 2–2.5 hours
   
• Removals and re-tints: can take 4–6 hours, depending on the condition of the old film and adhesive
  

We always take the time needed to ensure a clean, professional installation — quality is never rushed!

While plotters that cut window film can be convenient, their patterns aren’t always perfectly accurate. At Lights Out Window Tint, we believe hand cutting delivers the cleanest fit and the tightest edges — ensuring your tint looks factory-finished every time.  This attention to detail is what sets our work apart from the rest 

This is a question we get asked often!
Window tint is heat-shrunk on the outside of the glass to form the perfect shape and contour of your window. Once it’s shaped precisely, the film is then installed on the inside of the glass for long-lasting protection and performance. 

A: Yes! You can safely wash your car right after your appointment since the window film is applied on the inside of the glass.

We do not wipe down the outside of your vehicle after installation to avoid any risk of scratching your paint. You may notice a few water streaks on the exterior doors — don’t worry! It’s just a mild soap solution (we use Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo) that’s completely safe for your vehicle’s finish.
